Fairbanks Morse welcomes Cynthia Alberth as Vice President/General Counsel! In this position, Cynthia is responsible for all the company’s legal and trade compliance issues. 

Cynthia has over 20 years of comprehensive international and domestic legal experience specializing in launching, growing and overseeing legal and compliance departments for Fortune 50, international and privately held organizations. Cynthia was most recently employed at QBE Americas, Inc. as its Vice President Associate General Counsel. She previously led legal departments at Other World Computing, Inc., GE Waukesha Gas Engines and Yanmar America Corporation.

Cynthia obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Real Estate and Insurance from Minnesota State University - Mankato.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys horseback riding, golfing and spending time with family.
